Spiral Sliced Ham with Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze

- 1 6-8 pound semiboneless spiral sliced ham
- 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Wisk the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, cloves and ginger together in a small bowl. Taste the mixture and if needed, adjust with additional brown sugar, mustard or cloves according to your taste.
Place the ham in a roasting pan and evenly coat it with the prepared glaze. Bake until warmed through 45 minutes to an hour. Transfer the ham to a platter and let it stand 15 minutes before carving.
