Spiral Sliced Ham with Brown Sugar Mustard Glaze

What is it about Easter and Ham that go together perfectly?  This ham is so easy to make and elegant it makes any celebration a little brighter.  Stop by and check out my Elegant Easter Buffet - it's perfect for the holiday or any celebration!

Ingredients

  • 1 6-8 pound semiboneless spiral sliced ham
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Wisk the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, cloves and ginger together in a small bowl. Taste the mixture and if needed, adjust with additional brown sugar, mustard or cloves according to your taste.

    Place the ham in a roasting pan and evenly coat it with the prepared glaze. Bake until warmed through 45 minutes to an hour. Transfer the ham to a platter and let it stand 15 minutes before carving.
