I have found the best way to make ribs is to roast them in the oven until tender then take them outside and finish them with your favorite BBQ Sauce on the grill. How impressive is that?

BBQ Baby Back Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 Racks Baby Back Ribs about 3 pounds
- salt and pepper or your favorite BBQ spice or rib rub
- 1 Jar of your favorite BBQ Sauce
Instructions
-
preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with a large sheet or heavy duty aluminum foil. Put the ribs on the baking sheet and season them with salt, pepper or your favorite BBQ spices. Bring the ends of the foil together and seal the ribs in. Bake the ribs in the oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender. Remove from the oven and let cool for up to 4 hours.
Just before you're ready to serve heat your grill to high. Char the ribs on the grill, basting them with your favorite BBQ Sauce. Once charred and heated through, place the ribs on a platter and serve with the remaining BBQ Sauce.
