TWD – Whole Wheat Loaves

I am so glad we opted to commit to Tuesdays with Dorie. We used to think of baking as a chore. Now it is part of the routine, thanks to the timeline set up by the website. Participation requires planning which is not our usual forte but the rewards are huge.
This week, one of the whole wheat loaves was delivered to our new neighbors as a welcome gift and the remaining loaf we fed to our neighbors children and Grandchildren who declared it a favorite. It is so much fun to be Grandparents. We spoil all of the kids rotten and send them home!

It’s great to have built baking into our monthly schedule, too. We love getting together and sharing the results amongst the family.

As much as I love my girls, there is something to be said for spoiling someone else’s kids rotten and sending them home
